GBTPL's Scale of Rates (SOR) governs cargo handling operations and allied services at Berth No. 5, Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata. The standard cargo handling upto loading to wagon trucks. Charges include cargo handling, storage, and miscellaneous services, with specific rates for foreign and coastal cargo.
1. Cargo Handling Charges
